  • We can cook up the best lumberjack breakfast you’ve ever tasted. It’s your choice between eggs any style, pancakes, or French toast, plus bacon or sausages. And of course, we also offer real maple syrup and homemade jam. Served with our rich brewed coffee or tea.

    • Price: $30 per person

  • Many have claimed our fish & chips to be the best ever. We have a secret batter that makes crispy tasting fish. But perhaps our Polish Plensky Sauce (aka tartar sauce) is the real reason people love our fish & chips. Or it might be the deep-fried pickles? It could even be that the deep fryer is located on our deck overlooking the most spectacular westward ocean view possible.

  • The secret to this meal is a thick, freshly cut cedar plank that has been soaked in water for hours. The plank is grilled until the cedar smokes & crackles while the heat steams the cedar oil. Both the oil and smoke flavour the salmon for a unique west coast meal. Then we baste the salmon with our secret balsamic maple syrup marinade as it slowly grills. This meal has received a standing applause from guests. And we serve the salmon with fresh vegetables seasoned with herbs from our island garden.

    Simply so good, so west coast, that you gotta try it.

  • Dessert Nite is the best! We have another secret recipe, this time for our Sea Otter Lodge Chocolate Cake. This cake is a fan favourite, especially for chocolate lovers. It’s rich, moist and satisfies your sweet tooth. And Dessert Nite includes a classic homemade pie. We can do apple or berries picked on the island when in season. We use our mother’s pastry recipe which makes for a flaky crust that melts in the mouth. Dessert Nite isn’t complete without some lemon cake for those who like a bit of tartness. Dessert is served with coffee, tea & your favourite BYOB liquors.
